West Arsi

Washed

Bishan Guracha Station is located at 2,050 meters above sea level in Worka, Nensebo, within the West Arsi Zone of Ethiopia’s Oromia Region. The station’s name, "Bishan Guracha," translates to "Black Water" in the local language, named after a prominent river that flows through the area.

Coffee for this lot is sourced from approximately 250 smallholder farmers in the surrounding Roricho and Bohira Kebeles. These farmers carefully cultivate and handpick their cherries, benefiting from the region's fertile soils, high altitude, and ideal climate — all of which contribute to the development of complex and vibrant cup profiles.
